Good introduction to Nelson Mandela's life.

If you are a teacher or parent looking for a inexpensive and well illustrated paperback to use with children eight and older this is just the book. There is plenty of solid information here about Mandela's life although for greater detail you'll need a book with more than 30 pages. I would use this book to get the child started or with a youngster who isn't a big reader. Then, for more depth, switch to a lengthier volume. For an overview this biography works just fine.
